Doyle K. Clark, 74, of Logan, passed away Wednesday, January 15, 2020 at Hocking Valley Community Hospital in Logan. He was born January 5, 1946 in Columbus, Ohio, son of the late Homer and Elda Good Clark. Doyle was married to Nancy Taylor Clark, who survives.
He was a retired truck driver. Doyle was a member of Shepherd of Valley United Brethren in Christ Church in Logan and was a past member of Thurston United Methodist Church and of Masonic Lodge #475 in Baltimore, Ohio.
Doyle is survived by his sons, Mike (Shirley) Clark of Rockbridge and Eddie (Fonda) Welker of Logan; daughter, Tammy (Freddie) Etzler of Clarksville, Tennessee; grandchildren, Amanda, Ashlynn and Ayden Etzler and Lane Welker; great granddaughter, Arabella Lane; sisters, Vilora Severance and Donna Mae Davis, both of Columbus and numerous nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Howard Clark.
Funeral services will be held at 4 p.m., Sunday, January 19, 2020 at Shepherd of Valley United Brethren in Christ Church, 297 Riff St., Logan, with Pastor Doug Stull officiating. Interment will be in Violet Cemetery, at a later date. Friends may call at the church on Sunday, from 2 p.m. until the time of the service.
Arrangements are by Cardaras Funeral Home, 183 E. Second St., Logan.
The family suggests memorial contributions be made in memory of Shepherd of Valley United Brethren in Christ Church, 297 Riff St., Logan, Ohio 43138.
