Eleanor Jean Nichols

Eleanor Jean Nichols, 75, of Ashland, passed away Saturday, December 12, 2020, at Crystal Care Center in Ashland, Ohio.  She was born February 24, 1945, in Greenfield, Ohio, daughter of the late Silas Leroy and Oney Charity Long Boyer.  Eleanor was the widow of the late Jerry L. Nichols.

She is survived by her son, Jerry David (Laurie) Nichols of Ashland; grandchildren, Gary Nichols, and Sheri Nichols, both of Ashland and brother, Donald (Carla) Boyer of Hilliard.

In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by her infant daughter, Sherry Nichols.

A graveside service will be held 1 p.m., Friday, December 18, 2020, in Elk Cemetery, with Pastor Carl Radcliff officiating.  No visitation will be held.

Arrangements are by Garrett-Cardaras Funeral Home, 201 W. High St., McArthur.

The family suggests memorial contributions be made in memory of Eleanor Nichols to the charity of your choice.
