Elizabeth Ann Coen

Elizabeth Ann Coen, 70, of Lancaster, passed away Wednesday, April 10, 2019 at Fairfield Medical Center, Lancaster.  She was born March 26, 1949 in Louisa, Kentucky, the daughter of the late Robert Fletcher and Mary Thelma Sturgil.  She was married for 25 years to her loving husband, Steven S. Starr, who survives.

In addition to her husband, Steven, she is survived by her children, Vickie Lynn Shearer of Columbus, Leslie Marie Shelly of Morrow County, and Richard Williams of Columbus; a nephew whom she raised in her home, Wesley Mills of Lancaster; grandchildren, AJ Williams and Curtis Lazier; brothers, Dale Dollide of Columbus, Roy (Sherry) Hazlett of Kentucky and Brian Mills of Columbus; sisters, Ellen Marlin of Shawnee, Tammy (William) Johnson of Columbus, Linda Mills of Columbus and Anita Gibson of Tennessee; many nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, Elizabeth was preceded in death by an infant daughter, Mary Elizabeth Helwig.

A memorial service will be held at 7:00 pm, Wednesday, April 17, 2019 at Cardaras Funeral Home, 183 E. Second St., Logan with Chaplain Daniel Fullen officiating. Friends and family may call Wednesday from 5-7 pm at the funeral home.
