Frances "Fran" Jane Mccoy

Frances McCoy passed away on Friday, May 8th, 2020 at the age of 91.

She was the loving mother of three sons Mike (Lisa), Nick (Bonnie) and Chris (Dawn) and her five grandchildren Nate, Maddy, Lilly, Ian, Kelsey and great granddaughter Jade. She was preceded in death by her husband James, mother Ruby and father Edward Drayson.

Fran graduated from National College in Chicago, worked as a stewardess for United Airlines then married James and started a family in Monmouth Illinois. Moving to Worthington Ohio in 1966, she worked as the librarian at Worthington Estates Elementary School for almost 20 years. She was kind, cheerful and enjoyed her friends and family and will be missed by many.

She endured a long battle with dementia with grace and dignity. Fran will be put to rest in the family plot in Monmouth sometime in the future.
