Frances "Frankie" P. Roberson

Frances P. “Frankie” Roberson, 86, of McArthur, passed away Tuesday, May 12, 2020, at her residence.  She was born March 26, 1934 in Mineral, Ohio, daughter of the late Arthur E. Trout and Chloe Lynch Rivers.  Frankie was the widow of the late Alfred Harrison Roberson.

She is survived by her children, Diane (Larry) Acord of McArthur, Cassie (Dan) Boling of Hamden, Vera Fuller of McArthur, Debbie (Ray) Chapman of Jackson and Biff (Carrie) Roberson of McArthur; daughter-in-law, Kimberly Roberson of Dundas; many grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents and husband, she is preceded in death by her son, Alfred H. Roberson Jr.; infant daughter, Deborah Roberson; infant granddaughter, Kasey Woollet; son-in-law, Randy Fuller; son-in-law, Jim Caudill and siblings, Helen Hoyd, Betty Hagerty, Billy Trout and Jean Hoyd.

A private graveside service will be held in Elk Cemetery, McArthur, with Rev. Larry Acord officiating.  No calling hours will be observed.

Arrangements are by Garrett-Cardaras Funeral Home, 201 W. High St., McArthur.
