Frances Mae Inboden, 101, of Logan, passed away Monday, November 13, 2023, at Embassy of Logan. She was born June 11, 1922, in Hocking County, Ohio, daughter of the late William and Christine Gottke Grove. Frances was the widow of the late Harles V. Inboden.
She was formerly employed at Goodyear Tire and Rubber Co. in Logan and was a member of the New Hope Congressional Methodist Church and the former Marion Grange.
Frances is survived by her son, Harold Wayne Hartman; stepson, Frederick Inboden; stepdaughters, Beverly Weber and Bridgett Inboden; grandchildren, Timothy Hartman and Cheri Bauman; three step grandchildren; great grandchildren, Meghan and Nicholas Bauman, and her former daughter-in-law, Jean Jeffries.
In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by her sister, Dorothy Graham and brother, Wayne Grove.
A funeral service will be held 11 a.m., Friday, November 17, 2023, in the Cardaras Funeral Home, 183 E. Second St., Logan, with Rev. Emory Clark officiating. Interment will be in the Inboden Family Cemetery in Hocking County. Visitation will be held on Friday, from 9 a.m. until the time of the service.
The family suggests memorial contributions be made in memory of Frances Mae Inboden to the Scenic Hills Senior Center, 187 S. Spring St., Logan.
