Freeda Faye Ankrom

Freeda Faye Ankrom, 93, of McArthur passed away Tuesday, February 18, 2020 at her residence.  She was born July 10, 1926 in Vinton County, Ohio, daughter of the late Willard and Harriet Bray Appleman.

She retired from Goodyear in Logan.

Freeda is survived by her granddaughters, Bridget Baldwin of McArthur and Natalie (Allen) Hodge of St. Matthews, South Carolina and great grandchildren, Nehemiah and Abigail Baldwin.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her daughter, Sharon Ankrom and siblings, Clifton Appleman, Charles Appleman, Rosa Mae Tatman and John Appleman.

Private graveside services will be held in Elk Cemetery, McArthur.  Arrangements are by Garrett-Cardaras Funeral Home, 201 W. High St., McArthur.
