Georgana K. Popp

Georgana K. Popp, 88, of Hamden, passed away Thursday, February 22, 2018 at her residence.  She was born July 4, 1929 in Columbus, daughter of the late Deril and Edith Ruth Anthony Teagardner.  She was the widow of the late Jack Edward Popp.

Georgana is survived by her daughter, Judy McFadden of Columbus; sons, Rick (Cheryl) Popp of Londonderry, Nick Popp of Hamden and Micky (Jeannie Morrison) Popp of Chillicothe; 12 grandchildren, several great grandchildren and special friend and caregiver, Debbie Booth of New Plymouth.

In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by her brothers, Deril and Jack Teagardner; sister, Edith Snider; grandson, Travis “T.J.” Popp; great grandson, Keon and son-in-law, Buddy McFadden.

Funeral services will be held 1 p.m., Friday, March 2, 2018 in the Garrett-Cardaras Funeral Home, 201 W. High St., McArthur, with Pastor Jim Eberts officiating.  Interment will be at Mt. Zion Cemetery, Vinton County. Friends may call at the funeral home on Friday, from 11 a.m. until the time of the service.
