George Edward Hedges Sr.

George Edward Hedges Sr., 68, of Logan, passed away Wednesday, March 10, 2021, at his residence.  He was born January 28, 1953, in Logan, Ohio, son of Delores W. Lindsey Hedges of Logan and the late George M. Hedges.  George was married to Donna J. Oliver Hedges, who survives.

He retired from Huntley Trucking in New Plymouth.

In addition to his mother and wife, George is survived by his sons, George E. (Brenda) Hedges Jr., and Eli J. (Amanda) Hedges, both of Lancaster; daughters, Carissa (Danny) Dean and Tamara L. Hedges, both of Logan; grandchildren, Kayla, Justin, Shawn, Dakota, Gracie and R.J. and Stacey Lynn Bellio; great grandchildren, Isaiah and Ariana; sister, Kelly (David) Wharton of Logan.

Funeral services will be held 10 a.m., Tuesday, March 16, 2021, in the Cardaras Funeral Home, 183 E. Second St., Logan, with Pastor Dave Helser officiating.  Interment will be in Knollwood Cemetery, Logan.  Friends may call at the funeral home on Monday, from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m.
