George E. Wolfe

George E. Wolfe Jr., 79, of Logan, passed away Tuesday, September 26, 2023, at Lanfair Center in Lancaster.  He was born November 13, 1943, in Logan, Ohio, son of the late George E. and Unice “Cookie” Wolfe Sr.  George was the widow of the late Sharon Mae Starner Wolfe.

He retired from Logan Clay Products and was a member of Ebenezer Baptist Church in Logan.

George is survived by his son, Scott E. Wolfe of Grove City, grandchild, Aiden Wolfe and a half sister.

A graveside service will be held 10 a.m., Tuesday, October 3, 2023, in Ebenezer Cemetery, Perry County, with Pastor Steve Hubbard officiating.  Visitation will be held at the Cardaras Funeral Home, 183 E. Second St., Logan, on Monday, from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.

The family suggests memorial contributions be made in memory of George E. Wolfe Jr. to the Ebenezer Baptist Church Building Fund, 6935 Township Road 234, Logan, Ohio 43138.
