James A. Rempel

James A. Rempel, 69, of Logan, passed away Wednesday, May 6, 2020, at Hocking Valley Community Hospital in Logan.  He was born April 27, 1951 in Columbus, Ohio, son of the late James R. and Joan D. Jones Rempel.  Jim was married to Beth Musick Rempel, who survives.

He retired from the City of Logan and was a Vietnam Veteran of the United States Army.

Jim is survived by his daughter, Linda J. (Jeff) Kubacki of North Pole, Alaska; brother, George Rempel of Logan; sisters-in-law, Robin (Jim) Glass of Shawnee and Phyllis (Ed) VanMeter of Mt. Perry, Ohio and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his nephew, Jed Rempel.

A celebration of life visitation will be held from 12p.m to 2 p.m., Saturday, August 22, 2020, at Cardaras Funeral Home, 183 E. Second St., Logan.
