Janice Ann Porter

Janice Ann Porter, 62, of Logan, passed away Saturday, June 17, 2017 at her residence.  She was born October 13, 1954 in Detroit, Michigan, daughter of the late John Sprentz and Patricia Holland Sprentz Williamson.   Janice was married to John E. Porter, who survives.

She retired from Walmart in Logan.

Janice is survived by her son, John C. (Suzy) Porter of Lancaster; daughter, Misty (Dwayne) Holliday of Lancaster; grandchildren, Anthony, Chase, Payton, Dillon, Brooklyn, Ashley, Styles and Nehemiah; great grandchildren, Kayson and Mayah; brother, John (Lean) Sprentz of Logan; sisters, Earlene (Daniel) Stickdorn of Sugar Grove, Suzie Farmer of Tucson, Arizona and LaRue (Rob) Kenworthy of Michigan and many nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brothers, Ronald and Lawrence Sprentz and nephew, Lawrence Sprentz.

Private services will be held by the family.  Arrangements are by Cardaras Funeral Home, 183 E. Second St., Logan.
