Jean Ann Mundy

Jean Ann Mundy, 80, of Logan, passed away Thursday March 11, 2021 at her residence.  She was born April 13, 1940 in Lancaster, Ohio, daughter of the late Raymond Claffey and Myrtle Barkley Gaskey.  She was married to the late Derald Mundy, who preceded her in death.

She was a member of Baptist Churches, and enjoyed being a Seamstress and Quilting.  She was greatly loved by her family and will be sadly missed.

Jean is survived by her sons, Darrin (Kathy Savely) Richards of Logan and Timothy Richards of Logan; ten grandchildren; many great grandchildren; sisters, Marcene Moore of Florida and Dianna (Nesby) Brown of Columbus; several nieces and nephews.

Along with her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by a daughter, Amy Nessley; sister, Cherry Claffey.

Funeral services will be 12:00 p.m. Wednesday March 17, 2021 at the Cardaras Funeral Home, 183 E. Second St., Logan. Rev. Jim Ditty officiating.  Interment will be in New Fairview Cemetery, Rockbridge.  Friends may visit Wednesday from 11:00 a.m. until the start of the service at the funeral home.
