Jeremy "J.J." Jackson Warren

Jeremy Jackson “J.J.” Warren, 50, of Doanville, passed away on Tuesday, April 1, 2025, at the Ohio State University Medical Center, Columbus. J.J. was born on October 11, 1974, in Logan, the son of the late Michael Jackson Warren and Mary Lou (Reeves) Williams.

J.J. is survived by his wife, Sherry (Rutter) Warren; daughters, Kourtney (Roger) Dyer of Troutville, Virginia and Lacey (Vincent Pastol) Warren of New Plymouth; son, Jeremy Michael (Cassidy) Warren of New Plymouth; grandchildren, Jaxon, Athena, Grant, Thaxton, and Jensen; sisters, Cindy Warren and Carey (Jason) Nicolia; step brother, Todd Williams; step sister, Trena Williams; mother-in-law, Shelley (Troy) Kelley; many nieces, nephews, in-laws, and special friends at McKee’s Junk Yard.

J.J. was preceded in death by his parents; stepfather, Larry Williams; brother, Jason Warren; grandparents, Faye and Bob Reeves; father-in-law, Dave Rutter; brother-in-law, Scott Owens; and grandmother-in-law, Alma Snider.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am Tuesday, April 8, 2025, at the Souers-Cardaras Funeral Home, 46 Fayette St, Nelsonville, with Dan Kelly officiating. Interment will be in Greenlawn Cemetery, Nelsonville. Family and friends may visit from 5 to 8 pm Monday at the funeral home.
