Jerry E. Mckinley

Jerry E. McKinley, 74, of Logan, passed away on Thursday, February 10, 2022, at O’Bleness Hospital, Athens.  He was born August 7, 1947, in Logan, the son of the late Maxwell and Betty Sparks McKinley.

Jerry worked for 40 years with Keynes Brothers Flour Mill in several different roles.  He also enjoyed working for McKinley Excavating.  Jerry was hardworking, a good father, and proud Grandpa.

Jerry is survived by his sons, Ronald (Julie) McKinley of Ashville and Mike (Nikki) McKinley of Logan; granddaughters, Brynn McKinley and Erynn McKinley; sister, Rhonda Born of Logan; special friend, Mary Davis; and faithful pup, Sammie.

In addition to his parents, Jerry was preceded in death by his brother, Jeff McKinley.

A private family service will be scheduled for a later date.  Arrangements are by Cardaras Funeral Home 183 E. Second St., Logan.
