Joan S. Glick

Joan S. Glick, 94, of Groveport, passed away Tuesday, July 4, 2023, at Brookdale Lakeview Crossing Assisted Living in Groveport.  She was born September 21, 1928, in Hocking County, daughter of the late Frank and Lulu Brown St. Clair.  Joan was married on March 18, 1951, to the late Rev. John W. Glick Sr.

She attended The Sixth Avenue United Methodist Church in Lancaster.

Joan is survived by her sons, John W. (Darlene) Glick Jr. of Circleville and J. David (Scarlet) Glick of Ashville; daughters, J. Elizabeth Van Atta of Canal Winchester and Janice Mayo of Columbus; ten grandchildren; six great grandchildren and sister-in-law, Ann Glick of Logan.

In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by her brothers, Edward, Rev. Robert, Harley and Clinton St. Clair and sisters, Ruth and Esther St. Clair, Dorothy Ewers, Helen Weller and Wilma Rose.

A funeral service will be held 10:30 a.m., Saturday, July 8, 2023, in the Cardaras Funeral Home, 183 E. Second St., Logan, with Pastor Rick Jones officiating.  Interment will be in Oak Grove Cemetery, Logan.  Visitation will be held Friday, July 7, 2023, from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m.
