Joan Marie Hayes

Joan Marie Hayes, 86, of Athens passed away December 3, 2020 at the Carln House in Logan.

She was born December 23, 1933 in Westerely, Rhode Island, daughter of the late John and Mildred Wenner Barrett.

Joan was an organist at churches in Athens.

She is survived by a son Chris (Sara) Hayes of Athens, a daughter Jennifer (Jim) Berry of Hyde Park, Vermont. Grandchildren Peter Hayes, Josh, and Justin Berry, Several Great Grandchildren. Brother Jack Barrett of Nashua, New Hampshire, and a sister Nancy Arness of Georgia.

Services will be held at a later date in Westerely, New Hampshire.

Arrangements are by the Cardaras Funeral Home 183 E. Second St. Logan, Ohio 43138.
