Justin William Moore, 37, of Nelsonville, passed away Wednesday, November 14, 2018. He was born March 11, 1981 in Lake County, Florida, son of the late Caren Jane Moore.

He is survived by his loving companion, Jessica Sams of Logan; daughter, Sophia Jane Graham, friends, Jim Pickett and Robert Keeney both of Nelsonville; and other dear friends.

Cremation will take place and no services will be held at this time. Arrangements are by the Souers-Cardaras Funeral Home, 46 Fayette St., Nelsonville.
