Kenneth Dean Ewing
Left this world to live with our Heavenly Father in the morning hours of June 16th, 2024.
He was surrounded by his family as he entered the arms of Jesus. Ken was an amazing person to all who knew him.
He spent his whole life helping anyone in need. Family, friend or stranger. Without question, he would go wherever he was needed, with the grace and modesty of a true hero, though he would never think of himself that way, he was just glad to help.
He started his journey of mechanic of all trades as a proud member of the US Navy, SeaBee NMCB 40 ”THE FIGHTING 40”. He was so many things to so many people.
He was a Loving Husband to Fran Ewing, Father to Travis (Virginia)Ewing, Lennie (Cory Weaver)and Angela (Travas Michel). Grandpa to Onest, Katy, Kaley, C.J. and Hannah. Great grandfather to Riley, Emmett, Ellis, Kinzley, Amity and Marshall. All of us will love and miss him everlasting.
He also leaves his siblings, Gayle Dolan, Donna Ewing Parker, Becky (Ken) Barney, Daryl (Maria) Ewing, Wayne (Sandy) Ewing, and Danny (Carla) Ewing. As well as his Sister in laws Barb (Gary) Shonebarger, Michelle (Scott) Inboden, and Brother in law Jeff Cleland.
Waiting in Heaven to meet him is his Father, Donald Morgan Ewing, his Mother, Helen Grace Lyall Ewing and his infant brother Donald Michel Ewing. In addition to his parents are his Father and Mother in law Sylvan and Barb Cleland. A few good buddies, Robbie, Tim, Jimmy, and Jeff.
What a Heavenly reunion to have, catching up over coffee and stories of the lil ones. Along with all the hats he wore, he was also an avid animal lover. He had compassion and love for all God’s creatures naturally. He shared the love of music like his Father.
To know Ken was to know your best friend, He was always laughing a big hearty laugh, and made everyone feel better no matter the day. He had a shine about him that no one could deny. We will all go on to miss and love him, till we meet again.
