Leesa L. Jackson

Leesa L. Jackson, 65, of Grove City, passed away on Friday, October 1, 2021, at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center, Columbus.  She was born July 16, 1956, in Logan, Ohio, daughter of the late Harry Martin and Shirley Mae Stewart Jackson.

Leesa was a Licensed Social Worker and she had a passion for working with troubled youth.  She loved to spoil her nieces and nephews.  She enjoyed singing, karaoke, and performing in variety shows.  She was an avid softball player and coach, with many championships won.  Leesa enjoyed life and spending time with family and friends.

Leesa is survived by her brother, Kraig (Linda) Jackson of Logan; sister, Pamela Jackson of Logan; nieces and nephews, Carlesa Coleman, Mercedes Jackson, Michael Coleman, and Ricardo Jackson; great niece and nephews, Mia Coleman, Malaki Coleman, and Chantz Bradley Martin Jackson; and long-time friend, Kathy Paczkowski.

In addition to her parents, Leesa was preceded in death by her brother, Bradley Jackson.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM, Saturday, October 9, 2021, in the Cardaras Funeral Home, 183 E. Second St., Logan with Rev. Thomas Gates II officiating.  Interment will be in Oak Grove Cemetery, Logan.  Friends may visit from 4:00 to 8:00 PM, Friday at the funeral home.
