Leona Mae Mason

Leona Mae Mason, 89, of Logan, passed away Tuesday, February 8, 2022, at the Carlin House in Logan.  She was born September 6, 1932, in Logan, Ohio, daughter of the late Louis C. and Lena Petty Mock.  Leona was the widow of the late Russel E. Mason.

She was a member of the First Presbyterian Church in Logan.

Leona is survived by her son, Larry Mason of Logan; daughter, Diane Mason of Florence, Kentucky; grandchildren, Ashley (Anthony) DiMichele of Johnstown, Ohio and Jesi Mason of Logan and great grandchild, Aria DiMichele of Johnstown, Ohio.

In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by her son, Donald Mason; brother, Carl L. Mock and twin sister, Leola Brantley.

A graveside service will be held 10 a.m., Saturday, February 12, 2022, in Knollwood Cemetery, Logan, with Carl Altier officiating.  No visitation will be held.
