Leonard William Lackey

Leonard William Lackey, 75, of Rockbridge, passed away Saturday, November 4, 2017 at his residence.  He was born June 4, 1942 in Jacksonville, Ohio, son of the late Peter and Bertha Ratajczak Lackey.  Leonard was married to Jacqueline Edwards Lackey, who survives.

He was a retired U.S. Merchant Marine after 35 years of service.

Leonard is survived by his son, Chad (Erin) Lackey of Nelsonville; daughter, Stacy (Matthew) Hayes of Garner, North Carolina; grandchildren, Eva and Emmie Lackey and a brother, Danny Lackey of Jacksonville.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, David Lackey and sister, Sophia Petrillo.

Private services will be held at the convenience of the family.  Friends may call at the Cardaras Funeral Home, 183 E. Second St., Logan, on Wednesday, November 8, 2017 from 2-4 p.m.
