Lin Demont Pierce

Lin Demont Pierce, 82, of Wilkesville, passed away Saturday, April 6, 2024, at his residence.  He was born December 12, 1941, in Wilkesville, Ohio, son of the late Ernie and Alma Phillips Pierce.  Lin was married to Linda Collins Pierce, who survives.

He was a United States Army Veteran and loved history.

Lin is survived by his daughter, Melissa (Art) Allen of Columbus; grandchildren, Tiffany and Maggie Allen of Columbus; sisters, Carman Weber of New Albany and Barbara Reedy of Columbus; several nieces and nephews and his beloved dogs.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sisters, Lee and Aloma.

No services will be held.  Arrangements are by Garrett-Cardaras Funeral Home, 201 W. High St., McArthur.

The family suggests memorial contributions be made in memory of Lin Pierce to the Vinton County Dog Shelter, 31479 State Route 93, McArthur, Ohio 45651.
