Lysbeth Ann Forrest

Lysbeth Ann Forrest, 64, of Logan, passed away Friday, February 16, 2018 at her residence.  She was born April 1, 1953, daughter of the late Arlie D. and Ruth Evelyn Knapp Kearns.

She was a veteran of the United States Air Force.

She is survived by her brothers and sisters, Robert (Linda) Kearns of Springfield, David A. (Katie) Kearns of Ft. Knox, Kentucky, Waneta A. Kelley of Redlands, California, Phyllis J. (Jay) Brewer, Mary L. Standley, Carol S. (Larry) Bilbrey and Sherri L. Rogers all of Crossville, Tennessee and several nieces and nephews.

Lysbeth will be cremated and there will be no services. Arrangements are by Cardaras Funeral Home, 183 E. Second St., Logan.
