Martha Sue (Dutcher) Sisson

Martha Sue Sisson, 82, of Rogers, MN and formerly of Bidwell, OH, passed away August 31, 2024. She was born June 3, 1942, in Vinton County, OH, daughter of the late Ezra and Bernice (Cassill) Dutcher.

She is survived by her son, Doug (Anne) Sisson, Cindy (Tim) Huff, and Lisa (Don) Miller; 11 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren; sisters, Betty Jean Stewart and Mary Lou Fee; brother-in-law, Ronald Betz and many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by brothers, Roy Herbert Dutcher, Clarence Dutcher; and sisters Phyllis Betz, Marian “Jo” Mathews.

Martha retired from Holzer Hospital in Gallipolis, Ohio after 30 years working in the gift shop.

A celebration of life service will be held at 2:00 pm, on Friday, November 15, 2024, at the Garrett Cardaras Funeral Home, 201 W. High St., McArthur, with Reverend Jerry Griffith Jr. officiating. Inurnment will follow in Mt. Zion Church Cemetery, McArthur. Family and friends may visit 1 hour prior to the services.
