Mary Jane Cook, 61, of St. Clairsville, formerly of Logan, passed away Wednesday, June 14, 2017 at Liza’s Place in Wheeling, West Virginia. She was born June 12, 1956 in Nelsonville, daughter of the late Frank and Joyce Stover Stufflebeam. She was married to the late Malcolm Paul Cook Jr.
Mary retired from Cott Systems in Columbus and was a member of Kingdom Life Church in Columbus.
She is survived by her sons, John (Summer) Cook of St. Clairsville, Ohio and Edward (Caitlyn) Cook of Logan; daughter, Amy (Jason) Perkins of Lancaster; grandchildren, Jessica (Ryan) Washburn, Hunter, Layne and Brody Perkins, Johnny, Evan, Madisyn and Conner Cook and sisters, Evelyn (Victor) Blake of Logan and Cheryl (Dave) Warren of Ft. Myers, Florida.
In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by her brother, Frank Stufflebeam.
Funeral services will be held 10 a.m., Tuesday, June 20, 2017 in the Cardaras Funeral Home, 183 E. Second St., Logan, with Pastor Mary Ellen Crutcher officiating. Interment will be in Carbon Hill Cemetery, Carbon Hill. Friends may call at the funeral home on Monday, from 5-8 p.m.
