Michael Eugene Young Ii

Michael Eugene Young II, 33, of New Plymouth, passed away Friday, August 5, 2022, at Holzer Medical Center in Jackson.  He was born August 4, 1989, in Columbus, Ohio, son of Sherri Searls Ward and the late Michael Eugene Young.

Michael worked for Good Earth Cabins, loved tinkering around with anything he could get his hands on and was an avid outdoorsman, who enjoyed fishing and hunting.

He is survived by one daughter; sisters, Krista and Sharon; five nephews; aunts and uncles, Traci and Brian and LeRosa and Rik; bonus uncle and aunt, Mike and Chris; grandmother, Marlyn “Sue” and numerous cousins.

In addition to his father, Michael was preceded in death by a brother, Harry and grandfather, Martin “Leo”.

No services will be held.  Arrangements are by Garrett-Cardaras Funeral Home, 201 W. High St., McArthur.
