Michael David Okulich

Michael David Okulich, 45, of Reynoldsburg, passed away Wednesday October 30, 2019 at Mt Carmel East Hospital, Columbus.  He was born March 8, 1974 in Columbus, Ohio, son of Kathy J. Kessinger Okulich of Reynoldsburg, and the late David J. Okulich.

He was a 1992 graduate of Groveport Madison High School.  He worked in the Parts Department for Center City Trucking in Hilliard.  Attended Baptist Church; and he enjoyed hunting, playing guitar, cooking and studying history.

Along with his mother, Michael is survived by a son, Brennan Michael Okulich of Reynoldsburg; loving partner and companion, Rebecca “Becky” Palmer and her daughter Nicole Palmer both of Reynoldsburg; sister, Suzanne K. Okulich of Reynoldsburg.

In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by maternal grandparents, Doris and Walter Kessinger and paternal grandparents, Lois and Johnie Okulich.

Funeral services will be held 1:00 p.m. Tuesday November 5, 2019 at Souers-Cardaras Funeral Home, 46 Fayette St., Nelsonville.  Rev. Michael Thomas officiating.  Interment will be in Whitmore Cemetery, New Addition, Buchtel.  Friends may visit from 12:00 p.m. until the start of the service at the funeral home.
