Misty Malynn Lee

Misty Malynn Lee, 44, of Lancaster, passed away Sunday, January 28, 2018 at Grant Medical Center, Columbus.  She was born March 27, 1973 in Lancaster, the daughter of Suzie McGuire (Tex) Willison of Lancaster and Jim E. (Gina) Lee Jr. of Columbus.

Misty was a people person.  She especially loved children and animals. She loved life and lived it on her own terms. She will be greatly missed by her family and friends.

She is survived by her brothers, Jay (Nicki) Kline of Buchtel, Matt Kline of Nelsonville, Jimmy (Heather) Lee III and Cheyne Lee both of Columbus; sisters, Amy Pierce (Steven) Neal of Colorado, Tiffany Lee Downey of Jackson and Mandy Lee of Columbus; grandfather, Tom Cullison of Nelsonville; 16 nieces and nephews; many aunts, uncles, cousins and a multitude of friends.

Misty was preceded in death by her loving grandparents, Franklin McGuire, Venus Reynolds Thompson, Jody Shafer Cullison and Jim Lee Sr.; a brother, Jason Lee and special cousins, Katrina McGuire and Sherman Perkins, Jr.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM, Friday, February 2, 2018 at the Souers-Cardaras Funeral Home, 46 Fayette St, Nelsonville with Pastor James Dexter officiating. Interment will be at Greenlawn Cemetery, Nelsonville. Friends may call Friday from 12-2 PM at the funeral home.
