Patricia “Patsy” Jean Marcum, 64, of Radcliff, passed away Friday September 11, 2020 at Adena Regional Medical Center in Chillicothe. She was born February 14, 1956 in Logan, West Virginia, daughter of Betty Jean Kirby Marcum of Albany and the late Ronald Wayne Marcum. She was the companion and dear friend of William “Bill” Myslinski, for 23 years, who survives.
She was a retired LPN; was a member of American Legion, post #476, Wilkesville and the Gallipolis post. She was greatly loved and will be sadly missed.
Along with her mother and companion Bill, Patsy is survived by son, Joseph “Joe Joe” (Janet McPherson) Qualls of Radcliff; grandchildren, Wesley (Amber Muncy) Lester of Rio Grande, Joseph (Holly) Qualls of Madison, Minnesota and Brittany Qualls of Rio Grande; great grandchildren, Trystan, Scarlett and Azalea; sister, Janet Barney of Wilkesville; several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by daughters, Betty and Gladys; and infant brother, Delbert.
It was the wish of Patsy to be cremated, and there will be a Celebration of Life held at a later date. Arrangements are by the Garrett-Cardaras Funeral Home, 201 W. High St., McArthur.
