Patrick Michael Williams

March 17, 1949 — March 16, 2025

Lancaster

Patrick Michael Williams, born March 17, 1949, passed away peacefully on Sunday, March 16, 2025, with his brother by his side.

That morning, Pat was visited by family and in the afternoon, half a dozen close friends came to celebrate his birthday. They shared pie and many “Willie” stories from their 60+ years of friendship. His birthday party then continued that evening, when he was greeted by those who had preceded him: his parents, Bill and Jean Williams; brother, Dan Williams; and sister-in-law, Janet Williams.

Pat is survived by his brother, Scott (Maria) Williams of Lancaster; nieces and nephews, Laura (Andy) Specht, Melissa (Matt Dennewitz) Williams, and Nick Williams all of Lancaster, Bryan Williams, Peter (Leslie) Williams, and Andrew (Marissa) Williams all of California; and sister-in-law, Sharon Williams of California. Also his “Congregation of St. Pat’s Church of Coffee and Conversation”, a group of close friends who visited every Sunday morning for the last 30+ years.

Pat was rich with friends and had a wealth of knowledge of all things in nature; plants, trees, and birds. He had been a Tree Surgeon and consulting Arborist.

Thank you to the amazing staff of the Main Street Terrace and FairHoPe Hospice. Donations may be considered to the Lancaster Parks Department, FairHoPe Hospice, or the charity of your choice.

Cremation has taken place with the Cardaras Funeral Home, 183 E. Second St, Logan. A memorial will be announced for later this spring.
