Pauline Ida Hatfield, 73, of Logan, passed away Tuesday, October 30, 2018 at the Pickering House in Lancaster. She was born March 25, 1945 in Hocking County, daughter of the late Charles and Pauline Harvey Gang. Ida was married to Prentiss “Penny” Hatfield, who survives.
She formerly worked at the Carlin House and presently worked at Players Choice in Logan.
In addition to her husband, Ida is survived by her sons, Christopher (Crystal) Hatfield of Logan, Samuel Joseph Dewayne Rutter of Logan and Dustin (Denise) Hatfield of Perry County; daughters, Shelly Rutter of Lancaster and Tami (Kenneth) Phillips of Dayton; several grandchildren and great grandchildren; brothers, Carrol Gang, Dale Gang, Gary Gang and Jeff Gang, all of Logan and sisters, Sandra Long, Donna Stivison and Debbie Smyers, all of Logan.
She was preceded in death by her parents; son, Adam Rutter and brothers, Kenneth Gang, Leroy Gang and Charles Gang.
Visitation will be held from 5 to 7 p.m., Thursday, November 1, 2018 in the Cardaras Funeral Home, 183 E. Second St., Logan. Cremation will follow the visitation.
The family suggests memorial contributions be made in memory of Pauline Ida Hatfield to Cardaras Funeral Home, 183 E. Second St., Logan, Ohio 43138, to help with funeral expenses.
