Peter W. Voldness

Peter W. Voldness, 56, of Logan, passed away Thursday, January 3, 2019 at his residence.  He was born February 9, 1962 in Pennsylvania, son of the late Idris “Red” and Mary T. Ferguson Voldness.  Peter was married to the late Renee S. Bardon Voldness.

He was the retired owner of Red Storage in Lancaster and enjoyed traveling, gardening and boating.

Peter is survived by his son, Jared L. (Amanda) Voldness of Marietta, Ohio; daughter, Amber Rae Voldness of Rockbridge; granddaughter, Olivia Nichole Voldness; brothers, Thomas Voldness, John (Brenda) Voldness and Jerome (Ann) Voldness, all of Florida and a sister, Donna Voldness of Granville, Ohio.

In addition to his parents and wife, he was preceded in death by his brother, Michael Voldness.

A celebration of life service will be held 6 p.m., Thursday, January 10, 2019 in the Cardaras Funeral Home, 183 E. Second St., Logan, with Rev. John Williams officiating.  Friends may call at the funeral home on Thursday, from 4 p.m. until the time of the service.
