Polly Castle

Polly Castle, 84, of McArthur, passed away Thursday, November 30, 2017 at her residence.  She was born September 3, 1933 in Paintsville, Kentucky, daughter of the late David and Deliza Van Hoose Jones.  Polly was the widow of the late Clifford Castle.

She is survived by her sons, Anderson Castle of Creola and William J. (Rebecca White) Castle of Creola; daughters, Phyllis Jean Castle Anderson of McArthur, Kathleen Castle Sarlo of Creola and Vickie Castle Pinkstock; numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren; one great great grandchild; brother, Rollie and sisters, Molly and Namie.

In addition to her parents and husband, Polly was preceded in death by her daughter, Brenda Lee Castle; sisters, Leaetta and Opal and brothers, Holly, David, Leslie and Paul.

Funeral services will be held 1 p.m., Tuesday, December 5, 2017 at Ebenezer United Methodist Church, 23808 Creola-Hue Rd., Creola, with Pastor David People officiating.  Interment will be in Ebenezer Cemetery, Creola.  Friends may call at the Garrett-Cardaras Funeral Home, 201 W. High St., McArthur, on Monday, from 6-8 p.m. and on Tuesday, one hour prior to the service at the church.
