Ricky A. Addington

Ricky A. Addington, 68, of Creola, passed away Sunday, June 2, 2024, at the Pickering House in Lancaster.  He was born June 24, 1955, son of the late Lawrence and Delsie VanHoose Addington.  Ricky was married to the late Gail McMillin Addington.

He retried from the United States Postal Service.

Ricky is survived by his son, Chris (Sue) Addington of New Plymouth; grandchildren, Cody and Jacob Addington of New Plymouth; brothers, Larry Addington of Creola and Joseph Addington of Portsmouth and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents and wife, he was preceded in death by his son, Richard Addington.

A memorial visitation will be held from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. on Thursday, June 6, 2024, in the Garrett-Cardaras Funeral Home, 201 W. High St., McArthur.

The family suggests memorial contributions be made in memory of Ricky A. Addington to FairHope Hospice, 282 Sells Rd. Lancaster, Ohio 43130.
