Robert Lee Evans

Robert Lee Evans, Sr., 77, of Hamden, passed away, Thursday, January 23, 2020 at Edgewood Manor of Wellston.  He was born March 5, 1942 in Jackson, son of the late David and Minnie Cook Evans.

He was retired from Drummond Construction.

Bob is survived by his sons, Robert (Valerie) Evans Jr. of Hamden, Matthew Evans of McArthur, Daniel (Ami) Evans of Circleville; daughters, Paula K. (Terry) Canter of Oak Hill and Roxanne Fran (Chuck) Thiel of Carsonville, Michigan; many grandchildren and great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his twin brother, Paul Evans; brother, David Evans; sisters, Lilly Turvey and Betty Adkins.

A private family service will be held at a later date. Arrangements are by Garrett-Cardaras Funeral Home, 201 W. High St., McArthur.
