Robert Wayne Mccomis

Robert Wayne McComis, 66, of Albany, passed away at his home on Saturday, April 29, 2023. He was born June 29, 1956, in Nuremberg, Germany to the late Jack Douglas McComis and Betty Margaret (Barrett) Abjornson.

Robert served in the US Navy. He worked as a teacher and a carpenter. He also enjoyed helping people in the community, regularly volunteering his time at the food bank and other places.

Robert is survived by his sister, Fawn (Tracy) Vespoli of Virginia Beach, Virginia; girlfriend, Debra Marlow; and many nieces and nephews, and great nieces and nephews.

No services will be held at this time. Arrangements are by Garrett-Cardaras Funeral Home, 201 W. High St., McArthur.
