Robert Emerson Nesser

Robert Emerson Nesser, 71, of Wellston, passed away Wednesday, December 19, 2018 at his residence.  He was born September 3, 1947 in Greenfield, Ohio, son of the late Freddie and Maggie Canter Nesser.

Robert was a Vietnam Army veteran.

He is survived by his daughters, April (Kenny) Cottrill of Wellston and Carrie Murray of Wellston; sons, Robert Nesser of McArthur, Fred (Sarah Morgan) Nesser of McArthur and Roy Lee Murray of Wellston; grandchildren, Andrew Nesser, Ariel Patrick, Braylen Cottrill, Alan Patrick, Liam Nesser, Kimber Nesser, Cassie Shipley, Allissa Nesser, Dalton Nesser and Hannah Nesser; great grandchildren, Emberly Hagan, Eli Nesser and Aria Shipley; sisters, Rose Nesser of Chillicothe, Annie (Don) Walters of Chillicothe and Alice Archie of Londonderry and his former wife, Linda Hartley Nesser of Laurelville.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brothers, Homer and Art Nesser; sister, Margaret Hutchison and grandson, Robert Nesser.

No services will be held.  Arrangements are by Garrett-Cardaras Funeral Home, 201 W. High St., McArthur.
