Robert O. Williams

Robert O. Williams, 75, of Hamden, passed away Saturday May 12, 2018 at his residence.  He was born December 9, 1942 in Columbus, Ohio, son of the late Donald E. and Juanita Wonn Williams.

Robert worked at the Vinton County Workshop.  He was a big fan of the television show, Walker Texas Ranger and watched episodes about everyday.  He was greatly loved by his family and friends and will be sadly missed.

He is survived by brothers, Ronnie (Connie) Williams of Westerville and Kenny Williams of Creola; sister, Barbara Nichols of Marysville; caregiver and dear friend, Linda Trainer of McArthur; nunerous nieces and nephews.

Along with his parents, Robert was preceded in death by sisters, Norma Jean Saunders and Donna M. Penrod.

Funeral services will be held 1:00 p.m. Thursday May 17, 2018 at the Garrett-Cardaras Funeral Home, 201 W. High St., McArthur with Rev. Wes Gallaugher officiating.  Interment will be at Randerson Cemetery, Vinton County.  Friends may visit Thursday from 11:00 until the time of the service at the funeral home.
