Rolland Roy “Dick” Reichert, 91, of Logan, passed away Thursday, July 8, 2021, at the Pickering House in Lancaster. He was born December 12, 1929, in Amherst, Ohio, son of the late Elmer and Anna Mulder Reichert. Dick was the widow of the late Jean Durham Reichert.
He was a retired crane operator and a United States Army Veteran during the Korean Conflict. Dick was a member of Birmingham United Methodist Church and most recently Florence Congregational Church.
He is survived by his sons, Jeffrey (Chris) Reichert and Dean (Cathy) Reichert; daughters, Jennifer (Dave) Weber, DeAnna (Ian) Morison, Debbie (Gene) Klinger and Julie (Dave Markovich) Reichert; sixteen grandchildren and twenty-two great grandchildren.
In addition to his parents and wife, Dick was preceded in death by several brothers and sisters.
No services will be held. Arrangements are by Cardaras Funeral Home, 183 E. Second St., Logan.
The family suggests memorial contributions be made in memory of Rolland “Dick” Reichert to FairHope Hospice, 282 Sells Rd., Lancaster, Ohio 43130.
