Rose Marie Lucero

Rose Marie Lucero, 81, of McArthur, Ohio, passed away Wednesday, December 21, 2022, at Adena Regional Medical Center in Chillicothe, Ohio.  She was born February 20, 1941, in Santa Rita, New Mexico, daughter of the late Esquipula and Conception Munoz Lucero.

Rose was a United States Navy Veteran, retired from Kenworth Trucking in Chillicothe and enjoyed quilting and working with leather.

She is survived by her companion, Bonnie Rhodes of McArthur and her children, Tina Brown of Chillicothe and Dustie (Jason) Justice of Wellston; grandchildren, Kristin Turner, Ashley (Dylan) Fetherolf, Kyle Justice, Nathaniel Brown and Joshua Brown; great grandchildren, Aidyn Clark and Layla Fetherolf; brother, Lorenzo Lucero of Silver City, New Mexico; sister, Alicia (Gabriel) Arzaga of Silver City, New Mexico; several nieces and nephews and her dog, Baby.

In addition to her parents, Rose was preceded in death by her brother, Porfirio Lucero.

No services will be held.  Arrangements are by Garrett-Cardaras Funeral Home, 201 W. High St., McArthur.
