Rosemary Reynolds

Rosemary Reynolds, passed away on July 13, 2024, at 85. She was born on August 26, 1938, in McArthur, Ohio to the late Ivan and Laura Fout Allen. She was also predeceased by her son Carey Paul Reynolds, her husband Paul Reynolds, her sister CaraDawne Gill and her husband Dave. Rosemary pursued a career in banking, working diligently at Vinton County National Bank until she retired as Vice-President.

Throughout her life, Rosemary's kindness and sincerity touched the hearts of all who knew her. She had a special talent for forming deep and lasting friendships, treasuring the relationships she built in Danville. Rosemary will be remembered for her thoughtfulness, always ensuring to send cards and remember important milestones in the lives of her loved ones.

She is survived by her brother, Bob (Kathy) Allen, sister Connie (Steve) Yambor, nephew David (Christina) Gill, nieces Lisa (Tim) Bocook, Lori (John) Welsh, Dana (Ray) Matson, Amy (Mike) Lewis, and Nicole Martin. Rosemary's memory and the love she shared will be cherished by all those she leaves behind. She adored her nieces and nephew, two special "Danville" friends Nettie and Rhonda, and many lifelong cherished friends in Vinton County, Ohio.

A funeral service will be held 11a.m., Friday, July 26, 2024, in the McArthur United Methodist Church, 200 South Market Street., McArthur, with Rev. Dr. Randy Hardman officiating.  Interment will be in Elk Cemetery, McArthur, next to her husband and son.  Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 23, 2024, from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. at the Centenary Methodist Church in 1441 Perryville Road, Danville, Kentucky. There will also be visitation Thursday, July 25, 2024, from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. in the Garrett-Cardaras Funeral Home, 201 W. High St., McArthur and on Friday, one hour prior to the service at the McArthur United Methodist Church in McArthur.
