Sally Ann Mullins-Boals

Sally Ann (Mullins) Boals, 76, of Logan, passed away Sunday May 28, 2017 at her residence. She was born July 4, 1940 in Detroit, Michigan, daughter of the late John and Frances Mrojnski Pinsky. She was married to Bob Boals who survives.

She worked as a line operator for Smead in Logan. She was a long time member of First Baptist Church in Logan. She was greatly loved by her family and will be sadly missed. Sally touched many lives and loved laughter.

She is survived by daughter, Linda (Bob Donofrio) Mullins Primmer of Logan; son, Donald (Candy) Mullins of Logan; grandchildren, Michelle (Jason) Weaver, Shayne Primmer, Sara (Mike) Sheehan, Erin (John) Grant, Jacob Mullins, Jonathan Mullins and Micheal (Staci) Mullins; great-grandchildren, Jordanna (Matt) Stillion-Riehl, Jeromy Weaver, Magdalena Weaver, Emma Grant, Johnny Grant, Spencer Mullins and Donovhan Lewis; step-grandchildren, Antonio (Dawn) Donofrio, Michael (Erin) Donofrio, Paul Patrick and J.D. Patrick; step-great grandchildren, Dominic Donofrio, Dante Donofrio and Bailey Donofrio; daughter-in-law, Sandy Mullins; many nieces and nephews.

Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by sons, Keith Mullins and Gary Mullins; sisters, Irene Frakes and Frances Koch; grandson, David Mullins; great-granddaughter, Hayden Mullins.

A Memorial Service/Celebration of Sally’s life will be held 1 PM on Saturday June 24, 2017 at First Baptist Church, 399 Norwood Ave. in Logan with Pastor Mike Okulich officiating. Calling hours will be from 12 Noon until the time of the service at the church. After the service, there will be a fellowship luncheon in the Social Hall provided by the church. Arrangements are by the Cardaras Funeral Home, 183 E. Second St., Logan.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in memory of Sally Boals to FairHoPe Hospice, 282 Sells Rd., Lancaster, Ohio 43130. The family would like to acknowledge how wonderful they were in her care and to the family, and these donations would be greatly appreciated.
