Sally Lucille Rubis

Sally Lucille Rubis, 79, of McArthur, passed away at her home on Wednesday, December 14, 2022. She was born on October 21, 1943, the daughter of the late Hollis Clark and Winifred Lucille (Hand) Ekleberry. She was the widow of the late Piero L. Rubis.

Sally was truly an amazing and wonderful mother and grandmother. She lived for her family and went above and beyond for them. She did many kind acts for others throughout her lifetime. She was truly a remarkable, humble, compassionate, and wonderful human being. She was a strong and faithful Christian all of her life. She is free from this world now and is with the Lord. She will be greatly missed every day and will never be forgotten.

Sally is survived by her daughters, Peggy (Shane) Buck of McArthur and Patricia Ramos of Point Pleasant, West Virginia; grandchildren, Vanessa, Katiaunya, Joseph, Ambrosia, Tristan, Nehemiah, and Kyrie; brother, Clark Ekleberry of Ocala, Florida; and sister, Nancy Reed of Red Bank, Tennessee.

In addition to her parents and husband, Sally was preceded in death by her sisters, Patricia Fink and Sue Hottenrott.

No services will be held at this time. Arrangements are by Garrett-Cardaras Funeral Home, 201 W. High St., McArthur.
