Sandra Kay Coen

Sandra Kay Coen, 73, of Logan, passed away Saturday March 27, 2021 at her residence. She was born July 14, 1947 in Athens, Ohio, the daughter of the late Edward C. and Florence Carpenter Forbes.

She was a retired Drug and Alcohol Counselor for T.A.S.K. after 30 plus years of service.  She was greatly loved by her family and will be sadly missed.

Sandra is survived by a son, Jason (April Burke) Coen of Logan; grandchildren, Hannah (Tyler Conkle) Coen of Logan, Austin (Alyssa Wilkinson) Coen of McArthur and Taylor Coen of Logan; great grandchildren, Cannon and Coen Conkle; sisters, Carolyn (Gene) Crane of Logan and Joyce Burns of The Plains; nieces, Terry Cunningham and Jayne Hobbs; nephew, Doug Crane.

Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by a son, Jeremy Coen in 2012; brother in law, John Burns; niece, Jonna Burns.

It was the wish of Sandra to be cremated, and no services will be held at this time. Arrangements are by Souers-Cardaras Funeral Home, 46 Fayette St., Nelsonville.
