Sara Mae Perry

Sara Mae Perry, 86, of Jackson, passed away Thursday, December 13, 2018 at Adena Regional Medical Center in Chillicothe.  She was born May 28, 1932 in Chillicothe, daughter of the late Thomas Morgan and Opal Irene Miller Fry.  Sara was the widow of the late Milford Allen Perry.

She worked as a waitress in Irene’s Restaurant and she was a cashier for Super Valu in McArthur.

Sara is survived by her daughter, Jana (Ricky Skeens) Schweikert; grandchildren, Tomi Sue and Tanner; sister, Louise Riddle and special friends, Norma Chesser and Tom Pennington officiating.

In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by her brother, Tom Fry and Isabelle “Izzie” Beechler.

Funeral services will be held 10 a.m., Tuesday, December 18, 2018 in the Garrett-Cardaras Funeral Home, 201 W. High St., McArthur, Pastor Tom Pennington.  Interment will be in Elk Cemetery, McArthur. Friends may call at the funeral home on Monday, from 5-8 p.m.
