Stephen M. Dearing

Stephen M. Dearing, 41, of Logan, passed away Tuesday, January 23, 2018 at Hocking Valley Community Hospital in Logan.  He was born April 11, 1976 in Logan, son of Merle M. Dearing of Logan and the late Patricia K. Doseck Dearing.

He was a piece worker at Hocking Valley Industries and a member of St. Matthew Lutheran Church in Logan.  Stephen participated in the Hocking County Special Olympics and took trips with Expand Your Horizon.

In addition to his father, he is survived by his sister, Tracie E. Dearing of Logan.

Funeral services will be held 11 a.m., Tuesday, January 30, 2018 in the Cardaras Funeral Home, 183 E. Second St., Logan, with Mark Barrell officiating.  Interment will be in Oak Grove Cemetery, Logan.  Friends may call at the funeral home on Monday, from 5-7 p.m and on Tuesday, one hour prior to the services at the funeral home.

In lieu of flowers the family requests contributions be made in memory of Stephen M. Dearing to Hocking Valley Industries Workshop, 15663 State Route 595, Logan, Ohio 43138.
