Tammy Sue Chambers

Tammy Sue Chambers, 62, of Logan, passed away Friday, July 7, 2023, at her residence.  She was born March 12, 1961, in Nelsonville, Ohio, daughter of the late Ray and Marilyn Sue Bownes Specht.  Tammy was married to John S. Chambers, who survives.

She is survived by her brothers, Johnny Ray (Deana) Specht of Pendleton, South Carolina and Brad (Lee Ann) Specht of Logan; sister, Kim Rutter of Nelsonville and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Michael Dale Specht and an infant sister.

A funeral service will be held 10 a.m., Wednesday, July 12, 2023, in the Cardaras Funeral Home, 183 E. Second St., Logan.  Interment will be in New Plymouth Cemetery, New Plymouth.  Visitation will be held at the funeral home on Tuesday, 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.

The family suggests memorial contributions be made in memory of Tammy Chambers to FairHope Hospice, 282 Sells Rd., Lancaster, Ohio 43138.
