Timothy L. Woltz Sr., 71, of McArthur, passed away Tuesday, September 3, 2024, in McArthur, Ohio. He was born July 27, 1953, in McArthur, Ohio, son of the late Emmett Woltz Sr. and Vera M. Rowland McGrath. Tim was married for 40 years to Brenda J. Hackney Woltz, who survives.
He retired from Buckeye Steele in Columbus as a welder and was a former truck driver known as “Speed Wrench”. Tim was a member of Vinton Chapel Church and was an avid outdoorsman. He enjoyed going to Title Town Training in McArthur with his grandsons and spending quality time with the light of his life, his great granddaughter, CeCe.
In addition to his wife, Tim is survived by his children, Anita Colombini of McArthur, Timothy (Stephanie) Woltz Jr. of Chillicothe, James Colombini of Newark, Jonie (Kenny) Frisby of Wellston and Catherine (Chris) Baker of Wellston and several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by his daughter, Michelle Stiltner; sons-in-law, Jerry Stiltner and Todd Colombini and brothers, Emmett Woltz Jr. and Jamie McGrath.
A memorial service will be held at 6 p.m., Monday, September 9, 2024, in the Garrett-Cardaras Funeral Home, 201 W. High St., McArthur, with Pastor David Peoples officiating. Visitation will be held on Monday, from 4 p.m. until the time of the service.
