Tonya Lynn Breeze, 51, of McArthur, passed away Sunday, August 23, 2020 at Edgewood Manor in Wellston. She was born November 1, 1968, in Columbus, Ohio, daughter of the late Billy Joe and Esther G. Eblin Owings Sr.

Tonya is survived by her daughter, Kelsey Breeze of Logan and brothers, Steve Owings and Billy Owings Jr., both of Wilkesville.

No services will be held. Arrangements are by Garrett-Cardaras Funeral Home, 201 W. High St., McArthur.
